Inertclave Glass Pressure Vessel

• A specially designed pressure reactor made using non-metallic components.

For chemistry requiring a metal-free environment, all product-wetted parts are made from glass, PTFE, PFA, PEEK and other inert materials which offer excellent corrosion resistance. Additional, interchangeable, glass vessels are available. Stirring is enabled via a specially developed inert magnetic coupling and stirrer motor. The Inertclave is supplied ready to use complete with pressure gauge, rupture disc, Pt100 temperature probe and two straight-way valves.

• Rated Pressure: 6 bar
• Rated Temperature: -20….180°C
• Vessels available: 500ml, 1l
• Safety: Rupture disc, manufactured to PED, CE marked, safety screen
• Temperature control: Jacketed vessels for connection to an external heater/chiller (available from us)
• More robust, higher torque rated ceramic magnetic coupling available as an option.
